- 1 beet plus greens, peeled & chopped
- 1cup fresh blueberries
- 4 strawberries
- 1/2 cup milk or yogurt of choice
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds, optional
- 1 kiwi, sliced
- Combine chopped beet, beet greens, berries, milk of choice and honey in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve in a bowl, drizzle with honey and add desired toppings, enjoy!
