Curry Tofu Lettuce Cups
- 10 oz Hodo firm tofu, cut in bite size squares, dusted with flour
- Sukhi's Curry Sauce
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 onion, sliced
- 3-4 carrots, sliced
- leaf lettuce
- Heat saucepan to medium-high. Add tofu, onions, carrots and sauté for 4 minutes. Add cream and Sukhi's curry sauce then simmer until tofu is cooked, and carrots are tender; about 8 mins.
- In the meantime, wash and separate lettuce leaves for serving.
- Assemble lettuce cups and enjoy!
