Curry Tofu lettuce Cups


  • 10 oz Hodo firm tofu, cut in bite size squares, dusted with flour
  • Sukhi's Curry Sauce
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 onion, sliced
  • 3-4 carrots, sliced
  • leaf lettuce


  • Heat saucepan to medium-high. Add tofu, onions, carrots and sauté for 4 minutes. Add cream and Sukhi's curry sauce then simmer until tofu is cooked, and carrots are tender; about 8 mins.
  • In the meantime, wash and separate lettuce leaves for serving.
  • Assemble lettuce cups and enjoy!
