Farm Fresh Chimichurri
- 1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp red or white wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Finely chop the parsley and garlic, add to a bowl.
- Stir in the olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, dried oregano, and red pepper flakes. Adjust seasonings.
- Enjoy with sliced top sirloin.
