Homemade Tzatziki - Winter Edit

Tzatziki typically has finely grated cucumber, but in the winter months when cucumber is not in season, this version will fulfill cravings for Greek flavors. Use fresh mint, dill, or both.
Total Time: 5 minutes | Serves 4-6
Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk yogurt
- 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, grated
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh mint
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, dill, and mint. Chill until ready to use.
