- baby broccoli bunch, cut ends off
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp ground fennel
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Point Reyes Farmstead blue cheese, crumbled
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a large bowl, combine broccolini with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Place on a baking tray and cook for 15-18 mins until the broccolini is crispy and and fork-tender.
- Serve with crumbled blue cheese on top. Enjoy!
