Roasted Pears with Honey
Ingredients
- 4 pears, sliced in half lengthwise with seeds removed
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp honey
- ½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice a small piece off the rounded side of each pear half and arrange so it sits flat on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle each with cinnamon.
- Drizzle pear slices with a light drizzle of honey and if using, chopped walnuts
- Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
- Allow pears to cool before serving. Or, serve warm with ice cream.
