Easy Sheet Pan Fajitas
Ingredients
- 1lb steak strips (or carne asada, sliced)
- 2-3 bell peppers
- 1 large red or sweet onion
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
- Fajita seasoning, divided *recipe below
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice (optional)
- Favorite tortillas, for serving
- Garnish: Sliced fresh avocado, shredded cheese
Fajita Seasoning
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ½ tsp ground cumin
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 °F
- Chop the peppers and onion.
- Arrange fajita strips and vegetables on sheet pan, and season with oil and taco seasoning.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until steak is cooked to your preferred level of doneness.
- Serve family style with warmed flour tortillas, fresh avocado, and shredded cheese. Optional toppings: cilantro, sour cream, salsa and your favorite hot sauce!
