Sheet Pan Steak Nachos



  • 1.5 cups leftover steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup leftover fajita veggies
  • 14 oz bag tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup shredded red leaf lettuce
  • 1 cup tomatoes chopped

Suggested Toppings:

  • sour cream
  • salsa
  • guacamole or diced avocado
  • live wedges
  • cilantro


  1. Preheat your oven to broil on high. Spread 1 bag of tortilla chips in a single even layer on a baking sheet.
  2. Lay slices of steak over the tortilla chips, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  3. Distribute fajita veggies over steak, then sprinkle with more shredded cheese.
  4. Put the pan in the oven until the cheese melts and the chips crisp up, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and other toppings of choice. Squeeze some lime over the nachos, if desired. Enjoy!
