Shredded Greens Apple Salad Mustard Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Sierra Nevada Porter & Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 6 oz mixed greens, stemmed and leaves shredded
  • 2 Fuji apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped dill (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the vinegar with the oil, mustard and lemon juice.
  2. Add the shredded greens, apples and dill (if using).
  3. Season with salt and pepper and toss well.
  4. Transfer to a platter and serve.
