Cheddar Cheese is a hard pale yellow to orange smooth textured cheese originally made in the English village of Cheddar, in Somerset.

Cheddar flavors vary depending on length of aging and its origin. Sharp cheddar is aged for one to two years.

Organic Sea Salt is used for preservation and flavor in all of the Rumiano Cheese Company products. All of the milk used in our cheese is pasteurized at a temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit for 16 seconds.
