Our 100% grass-fed lamb loin chops are a delicacy. We cut them all at 1.5-inch thick (4 oz. each) so they are great for a cast iron skillet or the grill. We recommend adding salt, pepper, olive oil and any fresh herbs you have on hand, prior to cooking. Enjoy!
