15 Minute Oven Baked Rock Cod Recipe


  • 2 lbs Wild Rock Cod filets, rinsed and pat dry
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 6 dashes cayenne pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped parsley


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Arrange the cod fillets on baking tray.
  3. Drizzle the olive oil onto the fish, follow by lemon juice, salt and cayenne pepper.
  4. Bake the cod in the oven for 10 - 12 minutes, depends on the thickness of the cod.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days for use on salads or dinner later in the week!
