20 Minute Chili & Garlic Chicken Stir Fry

20 Minutes Chili Garlic Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

  • 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil divided
  • 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
  • 12-15 stems fresh green beans, cut into halves
  • 1 cup Maggie Gin's Chili & Garlic Sauce OR Traditional Stir Fry Sauce
  • 2 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped chives  (optional, for garnish)

  1. Heat 2 Tablespoons of olive oil in a deep skillet (a wok is preferred, but any deep skillet will do!) on a medium flame.
  2. Once the oil is heated, add in the chicken pieces. Cook for 4-5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  3. Remove the chicken pieces and set aside.
  4. To the same skillet, add the remaining 1 Tablespoon of olive oil, then add in the bell peppers and green beans. Sauté for 6-8 minutes until the veggies are slightly cooked.
  5. Stir the chicken back into the skillet along with Maggie Gin's Chili & Garlic Sauce and cook for 3-4 minutes until the chicken is coated with the sauce.
  6. Finally add the sesame seeds, if using, and toss to combine.
  7. Garnish the chicken stir fry with chives if desired and serve it on a bed of rice.

This recipe can also be made as a more traditional (and more mild) stir fry with Maggie Gin's Traditional Stir Fry Sauce!
