5 Minute Creamy Chipotle Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 cup mayo, sour cream or plain greek yogurt
• 1 lime, juiced
• 1/4 bunch cilantro, finely chopped
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 Tbsp chipotle chili powder

Instructions

1. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth.

Tips:

• Store in fridge up to 3 days.
• For a thinner sauce or crema, stir in 1 tsp of water at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
