Armenian Cucumber & Mango Salad

Armenian Cucumber Mango Salad Recipe


  • 1 Armenian cucumber
  • 1 mango
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds, optional (for garnish)

For the Dressing:

  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Maggie Gin's Chili & Garlic Sauce, optional


  1. To make the dressing, whisk together all the dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Cut cucumber and mango into cubes.
  3. Transfer into a medium bowl, then pour in the dressing and toss to combine.
  4. Refrigerate the salad for 20 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld together. Don't mix the salad more than half an hour before serving, or it will become soggy and sad.
