Cheesy Egg Scramble

Cheesy Egg Scramble Recipe


  • 3 farm fresh eggs
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 handful shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2-3 slices sourdough bread, optional


  1. Heat a skillet or frying pan to medium heat.
  2. Melt butter, then crack eggs over butter. Resist mixing for 1 minute!
  3. Mix eggs and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Fold eggs until almost done cooking, about 2 minutes.
  5. Turn heat off and fold in cheese mixture until melted, about 1 minute.
  6. Enjoy scramble over toast!
