Clementine Avocado Salsa

Satsuma Tangerine Avocado Salsa


  • 4-5 clementines, peeled and roughly chopped
  • ⅔ cup red radish, diced
  • ½ avocado, cubed
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 lemon, zest & juiced
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped +additional leaves for garnish
  • sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste


  1. In a bowl, combine clementines, cucumber, avocado, red onion, chili, lime zest, lime juice, and cilantro.
  2. Sprinkle with a small pinch of sea salt and pepper and gently toss to combine.
  3. Finish with cilantro leaves for garnish.
