- 4-5 clementines, peeled and roughly chopped
- ⅔ cup red radish, diced
- ½ avocado, cubed
- ¼ cup red onion, diced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 lemon, zest & juiced
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped +additional leaves for garnish
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- In a bowl, combine clementines, cucumber, avocado, red onion, chili, lime zest, lime juice, and cilantro.
- Sprinkle with a small pinch of sea salt and pepper and gently toss to combine.
- Finish with cilantro leaves for garnish.
