Grilled Peach Salad with Brie

Grilled Peach Salad



  • 4 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp sherry vinegar
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • olive oil and kosher salt


  • 3-4 peaches, quartered
  • Green gem lettuce, roughly chopped
  • Marin French Brie, thinly sliced


  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ½ cup your favorite nuts
  • Sliced strawberries


  1. Add all vinaigrette ingredients to a bowl or mason jar. Whisk or shake until combined.
  2. Heat the grill on high. Once the grill is hot, reduce the heat to med-high.
  3. Toss peach quarters with olive oil and kosher salt. Place the peaches cut side down and grill for 4 minutes. Turn the peaches to other cut side and grill for an additional 4 minutes.
  4. Remove the peaches to a plate, grill side up, and allow to cool.
  5. Fill a serving bowl with mixed greens. Add grilled peaches and (optional) strawberries and red onion.
  6. Give vinaigrette another shake or stir, pour over the salad and toss to combine.
  7. Top with the brie cheese and (optional) nuts of choice.
