Peach and Avocado Salsa

Total Time: 15 minutes | Serves 4-6


  • 2 large peaches
  • 1 hass avocados
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup red onion
  • 1 jalapeño
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1 lime
  • sprinkle salt to taste


  1. Remove pits from peaches and finely chop then add to a mixing bowl.
  2. Remove pit from avocado, slice in the skin crosswise four times and remove flesh with a spoon. Add to your mixing bowl.
  3. Halve cherry tomatoes, dice onion, mince jalapeño and chop cilantro, then add to bowl with other ingredients.
  4. Cut lime in half and juice into bowl, add 2-3 pinches of salt then mix ingredients together until combined.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or over tacos or your favorite protein!
Tip: If you are going to make salsa ahead of time, wait to add avocado until right before serving.
