- 1 large handful spinach, chopped
- 4-6 strawberries, sliced
- 1 handful of sliced almonds
- Burrata cheese, torn into pieces
For the dressing:
- 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ½ Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a deep bowl, mix the first salad ingredients.
- Combine dressing ingredients and toss with the dressing until they are evenly coated.
- Place the salad into your serving dish and top with torn pieces of burrata and a bit of fresh cracked pepper.
