Sukhi's Chicken Curry
INGREDIENTS:
- Mary's Organic Boneless Chicken Breast
- Sukhi's Curry of Choice
- 5.3oz Clover Sonoma Greek yogurt
- 3/4 Cup water
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Heat saucepan to medium heat and dice chicken into bite size pieces. Add chicken and curry sauce of choice, then sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add water and yogurt, then cover and simmer on medium-high heat until chicken is cooked, about 14 minutes.
- Serve with a side of brown rice or on a bed of greens and enjoy with pizza dough naan.
Note: For a vegetarian dish, omit the protein and add tofu or desired veggies.
