Sukhi's Chicken Curry



  • Heat saucepan to medium heat and dice chicken into bite size pieces. Add chicken and curry sauce of choice, then sauté for 3 minutes.
  • Add water and yogurt, then cover and simmer on medium-high heat until chicken is cooked, about 14 minutes.
  • Serve with a side of brown rice or on a bed of greens and enjoy with pizza dough naan.

Note: For a vegetarian dish, omit the protein and add tofu or desired veggies.
