Sukhi's Chicken Curry



  • Bring 1 1/2 cups water to a boil and cook 1 cup rice to package instructions.
  • With clean hands, cut chicken breast into bite sized cubes. Set aside.
  • Chop onion and carrots into 1/2" thick pieces. Set aside.
  • Heat saucepan to medium heat. Add cubed chicken, onions, and carrots and sauté for about 3 minutes.
  • Add water and cream (or yogurt) and your curry sauce of choice, then cover and simmer on medium heat until chicken is cooked (about 10 minutes).
  • Plate curry aside rice, and enjoy!
