Asian-Style Chopped Salad


Salad Topping (optional)

  • fried wonton strips
  • ¼ cup roasted almonds, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped


  1. Make 1 batch of Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing. Refrigerate until needed.
  2. Wash and pat dry all vegetables.
  3. Slice bok choy and red cabbage into ¼” inch strips.
  4. Peel, then grate the carrot into thin strips or ribbons, about ¼” thick.
  5. Add cabbage and carrots to serving bowl.
  6. Roughly chop cilantro and add to bowl.
  7. Top with wonton strips, chopped almonds and green onions, if desired.
  8. Drizzle Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing over the salad, to taste.
  9. Toss to combine. Serve and enjoy!
