Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing


  • 5 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 Tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1–2 teaspoons sesame seeds


  1. Add all ingredients to a small mixing bowl. Whisk thoroughly until emulsified.
  2. Or, add all ingredients to a jar and seal tightly. Shake vigorously until all ingredients have emulsified.
  3. Serve atop this Asian-Style Chopped Salad and enjoy! This also makes a great dipping sauce for Smash Dumpling Tacos.
