Garlic Butter Mushrooms Recipe


  • 1/2 pound crimini mushrooms, cut into quarters
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil.
  3. Toss mushrooms with oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and garlic.
  4. Spread mixture onto a large baking sheet in a single layer. Include space between mushrooms so they roast rather than steam.
  5. Roast for 12-16 minutes, turning halfway through, until they begin to brown.
  6. Remove from pan, put in bowl, and toss with butter. Serve warm.
