Pepperoni & Ricotta Pizza

Pepperoni Hot Honey Ricotta Pizza

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 3/4 cup marinara sauce
  • 15 pepperoni slices (or as much as your heart desires)
  • 3-4oz Whole Milk Ricotta cheese
  • 1 Tbsp fresh basil chopped, more for garnish
  • (optional) Drizzle of Grove Provisions Hot Honey



  1. Allow your dough to proof at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 500˚F. Roll the pizza dough out into a shape that is roughly 12”. Once oven is preheated, transfer to a sheet tray and par-bake in oven for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove par-baked dough from oven and spread marinara sauce on the pizza, leaving 1" around the sides for the crust.
  4. In a small bowl, mix ricotta cheese with fresh basil and dollop teaspoons full on the pizza.
  5. Sprinkle pepperoni on top.
  6. Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is lightly browned and crust is golden. Rotate the pizza halfway into baking to cook evenly.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil.
